I recently stayed at the Airport Marriott in Kansas City for a quick overnight before my early morning flight. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The staff, especially the front desk clerk and Becky in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Despite a cancelled flight and a toilet mishap in my room, Mallory at the front desk took excellent care of me and ensured I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and the hotel shuttle service made my early morning departure hassle-free. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with plenty of pillows on the bed.

Food quality and service excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff remembered me from previous visit. Restaurant has fantastic food. Shuttle operates every twenty minutes with friendly driver.
